Videoke are one of the activities we like to spend with
friends and families. In Filipino occasions it is a must for Family reunions,
birthdays, anniversaries, fiesta, or just a simple drinking spree. There’s
always this TV screen on top of a big speaker with buttons and a microphone.
Last night I spend my Saturday with college friends on KBOB
Restaurant & Family KTV. It was supposed to be a “meeting” for our out of
town trip next month. But we got so excited we started to sing and forgot the reason why we meet up in the first place. The KTV is
located at P.Tuazon corner 13th ave. near AliMall. And
they were open for 24 hours. This place is the best option for us since it is
located in Cubao and the transportation is accessible, unlike the one we use to
go in Ortigas. If you want to know about the rates, they have facebook
account KBOB.PH
What really excites me is that aside from updated songs
they also have KPOP, CPOP and JPOP songs! The
first in our song list is ENDLESS GAME by Arashi which is the ONLY Arashi song I saw
on their song book. Wait, what?
The lyrics in the video is written in Hiragana/Kanji so if you can't read those characters, better bring your own romaji lyrics for your chosen song.
It’s fine, they haven’t printed the list for other
songs, so what you have to do is just search it. If you are looking for
Japanese songs they have that option to search just for Jpop/Jrock songs or for
artist like Arashi, AKB48, Glay and Perfume. Same goes if you want to sing for any DBSK, BingBang, or Girls Generation.
If you don't want to take so much time searching, they are using Kumyoung so if you know the code for a certain song you can just input it.

Yes, they have tambourine, so you could enjoy more just like you see in those Korean/Japanese Drama but you have to request it from their friendly staff.
For the food, they have a wide variety from Korean to Japanese, Filipino to American food. Here are some of the food we ordered.
Here is the groupie we had taken =)
For Kpop, Jpop and Anime lovers who wanted to sing their songs, or for anyone who wanted to enjoy the company of friends, this is one of the place you can check out whether for 5 or for 50. ^_~
